Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 2-3 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-15 days, if the goods are not in stock. It is according to your quantity and if there is any customization involved. If we can finish your machines in advance, we will inform you timely.

Q: May I know the production status of my order?
A: Yes, of course. We will take videos and pictures at different prodcution stage of the process of your orders, you will get the lastest information in time.

Q: Will you test the Ice cream display cabinet before your delivery?
A: Yes, we have special quality control department . QC has complete checking process. From raw material to finished machine, it will be checked 50 times at least. All the finished machines will be tested at least 7 days to ensure sufficient capacity and stable performance in the testing room. When you get the machine.

Q: Can you put my logo or bill on the machine?
A: Yes, just send your design file to us is ok. OEM is avaliable for you.
